Proprietary trading firm Hola Prime has named NBA player
Karl-Anthony Towns as its first sports brand ambassador. The announcement comes
as part of the firm’s new brand campaign, which was developed with
Athlete-Driven Worldwide.
“Hola Prime is flipping the script, not just in
finance, but in how people see trading,” commented Towns on the
partnership. “As a pro athlete, I know what it means to bet on yourself,
and that’s exactly what Hola Prime is about.”
Hola Prime Launches Campaign with Towns
Towns, a five-time All-Star, will represent the firm as it
seeks to highlight similarities between high-level sports and trading. To highlight the connection, the
campaign includes a video that compares the mindset of a professional athlete
with that of a trader.
“It’s not about luck or shortcuts. Towns personifies
our values. His career reflects what we encourage in our traders—consistency,
resilience, and the courage to keep improving daily,” said Somesh Kapuria,
Founder and CEO of Hola Prime.
Showcasing Athlete Mindset in Trading
According to the firm, it wants to create an environment
where traders apply the same structure and strategic thinking found in
professional sports. Towns’ involvement is expected to draw attention to Hola
Prime’s goals as it continues to grow in the fintech space.
